Finally!

Via the Warners’ Archive Collection, $30 for 18 episodes (the full original ’60s series), although before the end of the month they have a deal for the set plus a nifty black Herculoids T Shirts (selling for $25) for $40. There’s also a Herculoids coffee mug.

Warners Archive is also releasing the TV classic Mother May I Sleep With Danger this week.

I’ve been catching this on Boomerang! lately. Man, that show is crazy; right up there with Birdman and Space Ghost, if not more so.

If anyone hasn’t read it, here’s Seanbaby’s typically funny take on the show (some cursing and such; if you’re familiar with SB you know what to expect):

Wow, they only made 18? Seems like more in childhood memory. I used to love this whenever I watched it.

I think they made another handful of cartoons in the early ’80s, when they were the co-stars of some omnibus cartoon show. The 18 episodes here constitute the original ’60s run.

I think you’re right, Ken. Packaged with Space Ghost and… um… some other thing. I want to say Teen Titans, but I don’t know if that’s right.

And why is this not on Adult Swim, Hummmm?…
