There comes a point in these long weekend, probably 20 movies in, when memories really start getting fuzzy. I kind of remember Cyborg Cop II, but it’s not like the it has the sort of tight narrative that etches itself into your mind. It’s no classic, that’s for sure. But it’s that sort of thing that, if you had rented it among the armload of video tapes for a movie-watching weekend, would have garnered at least a decent thumb’s up. Again, you won’t remember it years later, but it falls safely on the “dumb fun” side of things.
Oh, that’s the bad guy. The hero isn’t a cop who’s a cyborg, he’s a cop who hunts cyborgs. Just to be clear.
