Whew, tax situation not that bad.

In an earlier post I talked about killing the Amazon links because of all the paperwork and extra taxes (medicare, etc) and quarterly estimated IRS payments attached to the monies because they make me “self-employed.” Luckily, further explication revealed that I remain under the level requiring that, although I do have to fill out extra tax forms. Even so, as long as I don’t make a $1000 a year doing this, which I’m not even close to, I can avoid all that sort of thing and just pay the regular yearly taxes on it.

So the Amazon links will remain up! Thanks to everyone who bothers clicking on one before buying anything.

Too bad, I ordered $200 worth of stuff from them yesterday and it’s already prepared for delivery.

  • Well, keep us in mind next time, my friend.

Yayz! My friend’s birthday is coming up in May, and I’ll probably be getting him a DVD or CD (or both), so I’ll definitely go through you to do it.

Does it have to be the item displayed or can it be anything after linking over to the site?

  • Yes, anything you buy after following one of my links to Amazon counts. Thanks!!
