The original King Kong for $6.50! Includes a remastered presentation and a Harryhausen commentary. There are more elaborate sets for the established buff, but as a cheap gift for an impressionable young kid you wish to consign to a life of horrible nerddom, this is tough to beat.

    I probably should pick something like this up. My VHS copy is nearly 30 years old and has been watched so heavily that she’s starting to show some wear. That tape has more or less been with me all my life, it seems a crime to cast it away and replace it with something else.
