Mentioned in the Weekend thread below that I missed the Portage show because I was working on Saturday. Not so, it’s been moved to next Saturday.

    Nifty! A couple there I’d love to see on a big screen! I can’t say Dune gets me very excited though (but I probably should see it through adult eyes at some point. Granted, what I’ve heard doesn’t tell me the flick will make any more sense than it did when I was nine).

    Ah, Dune. I re-watched it some time ago. Some astonishing visuals, and so much stuff that just does not make sense.

    Also, some really bad SFX at times.
