    Yes, and most of them seem to be moving into the Lehigh Valley (my home area) putting up developments full of mcmansions and stating how they need to make it ‘just like Manhattan’. None of them can explain why, if they love Manhattan so much, why did they ever leave?

    Save for one who told me flat out, “Are you kidding, that city’s not fit to live in!”
