Those duck-bats are pretty adorable, though the bills kind of cut down on the “menace” factor.

I seem to recall that in this story, Miss ‘Woman in Skin 13’ was intended to work as a mole against alien invaders who held most of earth. I admit, I’ve always wanted to read this one. I’d like to read an adventure SF story done back in the 40’s or 50’s with a female protagonist.
