    I feel pretty certain that, in cinematic Sherlock Holmes, this is the only film in which he throws rocks at midgets.

    The crazy thing is I’ve never seen the movie. A book about lake monsters I read in high school had a still or two from it, and it stuck in my head since it gave the monster those odd horns that were sometimes described in sightings. To my recollection, it’s the only movie to do so.
