Watching the new GAMERA flicks, I came to a thought. If a movie character does something, and/or defeats an enemy with a previously unknown, even unhinted at ability (Gamera can open up his chest and fire an Alpha strike?) I think I have a proper term for that...

What say you, Ken? Could that become part of the Jabootu lexicon?

Cool- I like it. And since it brings 'Puma' to mind:
It's also kind of like at the end of Puma Man, when he finds out that he also has that 'playing possum' ability. Pumas don't do that?! (well... they also don't fly, so probably not the best example...)

I've been accused of doing things I didn't do, but would have- if I'd'a thought about 'em first.

Well, I called it 'heartburn' but I see your point.

Works for me FP.

TR: I think I remember Pumaman being able to fly too. Pumas can jump but I don't remember any big cat with the power of flight that I know of.
