    As Ali G would say, “Respect”. They should quit while they’re ahead and just put that car out on tour. I can’t help but think this film will be a BAD BAD thing. Although without Micheal Bay as director it has at least some kind of advantage…

    addendum-
    Just checked the final casting for SR at IMdB and- it’s actually really good. Christina Ricci as Trixie could be a stroke of genius. Ditto John Goodman as pops. Matthew Fox as Speed seems a bit old but he has the right feel. Maybe the W. Bros. will pull this off? I dunno…

  • And isn’t Vince Vaughn playing Racer X/Rex Racer? Or was that just a rumor?

    And yeah, Speed should be a kid. Fox is weirdly old for the part.

    Yeah, I can’t complain about Ricci or Goodman. Still, Fox…definitely weird. I’m not sure who they should’ve gone with though.
