Stupid Comcast, cutting my TCM. Anyway, Thursday, July 26th will be Ernest Borgnine day.
The Legend of Lylah Clare is supposed to be Jabootu-grade awful for anyone who is interested.

     I always liked that story about how it was Howard Hughes favorite film and he would make a local Vegas station play it all the time.  I assume he owned the station or could buy the time.  (He should have invested in home VCR technology).

    I have a couple of these (on DVD) lined up for this weekend already, hopefully I can get at least one more. Still trying to get The King of the North as recommended by Ken. The cartoon before the features will definitely be Boy Scoutz in the Hood, where Ernest makes a great cameo alongside the fat guy and the sissy.
