    boy i wanted to like this movie but I just couldn’t. Hammer’s girl vampires are a thousand times better than Jean Rollin’s.

    I’ve never warmed up to Jean Rollin’s films. Can’t figure out why, but they do nothing for me.

    i kind of liked Living Dead Girl and of course Zombie Lake is a hoot, but in general Rollin is too slow-moving and doesn’t give bang for your buck.
