Monster of the Day #335

“How do you like my new Cat-illac?”*

[*I am so damn funny.]

    The origin of Troll Face.

    “Problem, officer?”

I’ve grown less fond of this movie as I’ve gotten older, but I have to admit, the climax is still is hilarious to me as it was the first time. Plus, it’s a rare movie where cats are on the side of good. Kitties save the day! Yay, kitties!

This Fall on NBC … Jim Carrey is Werekitty!

“So, I go to the drive-thru window, and the chick runs off screamin. Can you believe that?”

  • “Kitties save the day! Yay, kitties!”

See also the ’70s TV movie The Cat Creature.

  • Gamera

‘Ok, officer I’ll admit I have an open container of catnip in the car- but geeeeze give me a break it’s only a tiny bag!!!’

I have no idea what movie this is but I’m curious why the catman doesn’t have any fur. Is he based on one of those Mexican hairless cats?

I’m going to guess that Stephen King movie…’Sleepwalkers”?

It doesn’t look like a Sphinx cat, it looks more like an unfinished mask.

  • I am puzzled why, in this film, Alice Krige and her incestuous son look like cats. After all, the makeup artist KNEW that they were ENEMIES of cats. I realize it might be dumb to have them look like dogs or rats, but they could have been something alien, as well.

Anyway the movie was extremely retarded so too bad.

  • Rock Baker

The Cat Creature? Never heard of that one.

Never saw this thing either. If the photo is anything to go by, I should count my blessings!

“You idiot! What are you doing? You don’t make a video of a bank job!”

  • The Rev.

Sandy: Yeah, what was up with that? “They look like cats, but actual cats hate the living shit out of them and try to kill them at every opportunity! Isn’t it ironic, don’t you think?”

Rock: I haven’t heard of that one either, but I’m definitely curious now.

This is Stephen King’s Sleepwalkers, and honestly you’re missing very very little. As I said, the ending is hilarious, but up to that point it is, as Sandy says, “extremely retarded.”
