Great painting but some like the Bride look spot-on but Dracula looks 'off' to me. Did they maybe not have the rights to Lugosi's likeness?

That's a pretty good piece of artwork right there.

That's certainly possible. Bela Lugosi Jr is a lawyer and probably reclaimed the rights to his dad's image.
