I mean…that’s just gorgeous. I don’t think there is a single painted cover from Boris Karloff Tales of Mystery (or many other Gold Key titles) that I would be thrilled to own the original painting of. I hope many of these are still extant and weren’t tossed as being ephemeral trash.

    I seem to recall that in a lot of these stories, you had a human villain who ended up getting punished for his crimes by whatever monster they were using.
