I was ruminating yesterday on why the painted poster art for The Killer Shrews didn’t exploit the actually kind of cool look (especially if artistically reinterpreted) of the shrews. I guess it makes more sense if you look at the poster art for the film made by the same producers to act as Shrew’s double feature. So it was a choice. Not a great choice, I don’t think, but I guess they were going for a more elliptical approach.
