Halloween’s nearly here! I’m going to see Universal’s Frankenstein and Dracula at the Pickwick on Wednesday. How about you guys?

    Well, I took my computer and then my car into the shop. Carved some jack o’lanterns over the weekend. And watched ‘Mad Love’, Hammer’s ‘Frankenstein’s Revenge’, ‘The Snorkel’ a nifty little story about a man who tried to pull off the perfect murder by Hammer, and a weird little Japanese film about a haunted taxi-cab.

    I haven’t given it a lot of thought, but I usually manage to squeeze in a viewing of HALLOWEEN III, ERNEST SCARED STUPID, and SPACED INVADERS (on the subject of the last film, note that the old VHS release is actually superior since the ‘scope’ DVD is actually matted so there was actually more picture information in the old full frame presentation).
