    Trivia: This was the VERY FIRST Roger Corman production.

    I saw it a while back a remember it being mildly entertaining.

    It’s not terrific, but it’s not bad either. It benefits from a short running time and extensive location photography (adding to the production value). For what it’s worth, the monster actually looks pretty similar to the poster’s critter -although it’s a touch puppet-y in comparison.

    An eyeball grabbing a woman with tentacles, this wasn’t based on an earlier Japanese film by any chance was it???

    I am quick to note that it’s been a good while since I’ve screened it. Seems like it might’ve been a little pokey, but again only runs about an hour. I really need to run it again soon.
