Monster of the Day #1355

Our first Euro poster is staidly representational, if neato.

Saw Civil War, the main action scene was go great to a Marvel fan of a Certain Age that I think I literally was intoxicated watching it. That might well be the last new theatrical film I see until Dr. Strange in November. I do get to see Captain Blood tomorrow night, though.

    A few years earlier than that town would be Dresden and that monster would be British.

  • Maybe it was just me, but I had a hard time hearing Civil War over the sound of Batman v. Superman getting its tail trounced. And I liked Batman v. Superman.

    But seriously? Every second of Spider-man was well worth the ticket.

  • I came back here to reread one of my ever so witty posts (part of a set, collect them all!) when, looking at this poster, it suddenly occurred to me that were it not for the train in his mouth, it would almost look like Godzilla was on the verge of breaking into song. Now I’m longing for a Godzilla musical. Something I would have never thought I’d need. And yet…
