Seriously, that flick is prime riff bait, in spite of the nifty bug.

I love KRULL, mostly for its effects. I’m a sucker for pretty much all of Derek Meddings’ work.

Also, what other movie teaches us that the real ultimate weapon is true love….which can then be used as a big ol’ flame thrower to roast your enemies alive, burn through stone walls, etc…….

Heh, I actually loved Krull, too.

Looking back, when I was re-watching my DS9 DVDs, I was shocked to realize that the Maquis/Starfleet officer Eddington was the lead in Krull!

I know, everyone else knew, but I EVENTUALLY figured it out :)

I remember this as one of the film’s strongest sequence, not just for the spider, but for what happens to the man and woman.
