Monster of the Day #1004

Have I really refrained from using this before? Meh, even if I have, it’s gorgeous and worth a second gander.

  • That monster looks like a cross between a snake, a chicken, a saber tooth tiger, and W. C. Fields.

  • Flangepart

The red nose? Yeah, I can see that.
How did Samson get the torps motor started, and is the fuse still good after all these yaren? That’s a pretty persinckety piece of equipment there, after all.
Or am I thinking too much?

  • If Battlefield: Earth has taught us anything, it’s that American made goods can last a millennium without any form of maintenance.

  • Ericb

I wonder of that is related to the octopus-with-mustache from Voyage to the Prehistoric Planet?

or need much special training to use

“Sea Beast” and “Gunboat” would make good nicknames for dock workers.

  • sandra

Wouldn’t it be better for the gunboat to attack the sea beast and leave Samson for another time ?

  • Gamera977

Not sure Samson understands this ancient weapon, um a TORPEDO goes though the WATER and a MISSILE goes though the AIR!!!

Though if he can pick the thing up and toss it with one arm I’m not going to argue with him…

  • Rock Baker

A cover that is at once beautiful, exciting, and astoundingly goofy… That has to be the oddest sea monster design I’ve yet run across!
