Proving the best thing Lucas ever did for STAR WARS was sell it to someone else.

Supposedly, the original prints have suffered deterioration since Lucas orphaned them, so Disney is having to do some intensive restoration (although they really should just be able to use the old Laserdisc versions). Still, I'd like to thank the suits at Disney for promising to give the fans what they want. It's much appreciated.

Good to know, thanks Rock! I've got the last almost original release and don't see any point of buying anymore versions but it's good to see them back out.

I find the whole 'Hollywood only cares money' concept funny when people like Lucas won't give the customers what they want but value the 'art' over the 'money'.
