Seriously though, I have been enjoying the hell out of the soft launch they've been streaming the last few months, even considering they've been sticking strictly to public domain stuff while they got the technical kinks out prior to the real launch tonight. I'm pretty damn excited about this one.

If you have a ROKU box you can get it in the channel store, otherwise you can stream directly from your computer or tablet here

I have surgery on that damned ankle of mine tomorrow, so I figure I'll be awake all night anyhow, might as well be there at the beginning. If anyone else check it out over the next few weeks I'd love to see what everyone thinks.

Probably skipping the rest of "Anatomy of a Psycho" tonight, as I do need to at least pretend to try to sleep and it looks to be rebroadcast a few times this week, but looks like they did get the launch off without a hitch and I liked the opening promo.

The fact that "Monster Kid Mondays" are going to be a thing makes me ridiculously happy.

You know, I thought I'd be watching less TV by getting rid of cable. Then I find streaming channels like Bizarre TV and B-Movie TV, and SO MUCH FOR THAT. It's especially dangerous on weekends, because they're on different schedules; if I've seen or don't care about the movie on one, I can wait and check the other the next hour, and so on.

Now I'm going to be juggling three of these.

I guess it's not the worst problem to have.

I know what you mean. Since cutting the cord, I've gotten so spoiled to being able to see the stuff I actually want that I forget how bad cable is. I go to a hotel, get all excited that they have cable for about 30 minutes, then realize that there's still nothing on it and start pining for my ROKU.
