What, this old story? *Again?*
Friday’s Watch Party was Bore. Er, Snore. No, dammit, Gor. It was adapted from John Norman’s Gor Series, except for being perhaps a tad less favorable towards sex slavery. Which is kind of weird, as that’ about Norman’s series offers. The saddest part is that Oliver Reed was in it, I nearly cried every time he appeared on screen. Weirdly Reed underplays his part. This is less embarrassing to him, but damn the movie could have used some Brian Blessed energy. At least the sequel has Jack Palance chewing the scenery. Gor is available both on YouTube and Amazon Prime, in case you absolutely must.
