It's been a while since we had a post were we smuggly thump our chests and complain how out of touch the Razzies are and how the old spirit is gone.

This years noms are all over the map. They range from "yeah, that makes sense" to "Are you freaking kidding me!" They're definately parodying themselves at this point. According to one article they are moving cerimonies to April 1st (April Fools Day). Which makes you kind of wonder who the joke is on.

Frankly, I think they've become a joke of themselves for a long time now. Much like what happened to Soap, it's hard to mock and parody something without becoming a parody yourself. I believe '07 was one of the worst years when it was essentially 2 movies for everything.

The Razzies are about as relevant and insightful as an AOL user poll these days.
