So we entered the home stretch. Host Paul, who’s over the years shown a pleasing ability to offer up out of left field choices, picked the typically awful Hallmark romance Santa Tell Me. It’s the kind of thing were Chad offered up a truly obvious ending for some side characters that apparently was too much for the producers to come up with themselves. I was mostly impressed with how lazy it was, not even sticking to what appeared to be the film’s core plot, which was basically ignored after about half an hour.
Finally, Jeff picked our closer, The 7th Voyage of Sinbad. I mean, what can I say to that. It’s a great film, and was a perfect capper.
