So Dick Briefer's Frankenstein went from this... to this..... Both versions are good, actually. The former is pulpy and often surprisingly gruesome. The latter is very much a gentle kid's comic, closer in tone to The Munsters than The Addams Family. Still, a truly weird shift in tones.

  Looks like this fellow spent a lot of time of the make-up chair, since they had to do his whole body rather than have him wearing a costume. Anyway, I think that's the last of Frankenstein's Army, but it's been a good run.

Obviously Frankenstein started running out of ideas, since he started ripping off old Scooby Doo villains.
