How many of us were sustained in our early, pre-Internet years by Uncle Forry's Famous Monsters of Filmland? And how many of us thrilled to the vibrant covers of Basil Gogos, especially back in a day in which monsters were nearly always black and white? Let's take a week and honor his work.

Another Friday door-buster sale goes awry.

The day after Thanksgiving and the eternal question...what to do with the leftovers? Then five days later they're still some left, and getting less and less attractive every day.

Thanksgiving is nearly here, and everyone is dreaming about all the grub.

Sorry about the late entry, it's my birthday and I'm lounging around today. Mostly I'm working on another Bruno Mattei review. Such is my 'life.' Anyway, Thanksgiving approaches. Turkey, anyone?
