I'm finally out of Winterbeast shots, so how about a little Clive Barker?

Last Winterbeast monster (finally), again as with Equinox, most of the monsters were stop-animated, but this one was a guy in an outfit. I bought the disc, and I don't think it will make the main line-up, but I might play it on T-Fest weekend in September--holy moly, that's next month--on the off-hours.

Still stuff from Winterbeast. You'd really think from all these stills that the film would be better.

If you ever wanted to see what a less successful Don Dohler film would look like, this is it. Still, those monsters!!

We might well have covered Winterbeast here before, but hey, tons of cheesy stop-animated monsters. Sadly, the results are closer to Night Train to Terror than Equinox, but man, those monsters are great. Well, not Harryhausen great, more like Gumby great, but still.

This is a bit racy for the site, but damn, that's a nice poster. And you can't say it isn't a perfect B-movie artifact. Continuing a side theme for his week, it's presumably MUCH better than the movie, given that it's directed by notorious hack Jess Franco. Have a great weekend, everyone!

Again, very nice poster for a very obscure movie. Man, I haven't seen this one in decades. I'll have to look for that.
