I'm assuming this is a redressed version of the giant bird or condor or whatnot that rather quixotically attacks (for a very short period) Godzilla in Godzilla vs. the Sea Monster. The altered Godzilla suited used for Gomess, as seen in yesterday's MotD, is thus probably the suit that was used in that film.
