Yay!, it's Friday. Another advantage of a Monday holiday is that you have a short work week to follow. (Although perversely, it often seems like a longer one.) This is more of a classic monster rumble cover for Eerie Publications, although the use of mummies is fairly novel.

If Benny Hill did horror comics. This might be the most sedate Eerie Publications cover ever. Even so, and I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but I loooove me some skeletons.

  I hope everyone had a good long weekend. I again spent most of it watching Friday the 13th the game videos, as the actual game was released this weekend. Still enjoying that, go figure.

This reminds me of the fight with Harryhausen's walrus. Again, monsters have been fairly light on the ground in the Marvel movies, although there's enough fantasy stuff in it to feature some briefly. Sadly, no Fin Fang Foom or anything, yet. Well, Groot, but he's a good guy now, and not nearly as giant.
