I'm not the hugest fan of Creepshow, but if it's your bag, the Shudder streaming service has a new series based on the movie. You can currently watch the first episode on Amazon Prime, and watch the rest of the show by subscribing to Shudder through Amazon.

Not a great movie (good B-movie cast, though), but a great poster/video box art. By the way, the Kino Lorber website is having a big horror DVD/Blu Ray sale with heavily discounted titles. Great stuff and great bad stuff. Check it out.

Posters! I love 'em! This one's pretty good, and actually although very low-budget, this film lives up to the spirit of the poster if not the literal image.

The finale T-Rex movie (OK, "T-Rex" is loosely define) was Beast from Hollow Mountain, a pretty boring Western enlivened by a nice 10 minute dino-rampage. It's no Valley of Gwangi, that's for sure, but look at that thing. It's adorable.

The third movie was the fantastic Golden Bat (Odon Bat), revolving around the skeletal manga hero who is considered by some to be the first superhero. The rat guy is the villain. It's pretty much the greatest movie ever made. Sandy had it on a Euro DVD that sold it as a Fantomas (!!)…
