    The faces are pretty good characterizations of Diller and Karloff, IIRC there was a MAD artist involved.  (checking ‘net would be cheating).

     had to cheat.  Jack Davis, should of known, his full size Frankenstein poster was a sixties icon.  Also Harvey Kurtzman was one of the writers.

    Man, I haven’t seen this since my college days decades ago. And, even then, it was usually projected on a wall in the background of the campus halloween party with loud music playing over it- so, in practical terms, I haven’t really seen it since it was shown on TV. Probably some time in the 70s. I guess I’m about due- these stills make it look great.

    Unfortunately, I think read in the DVD liner notes somewhere that all the puppets created for this film have lost since been destroyed.
