    I’m really getting a kick out of the dialog coming from the monsters this week; sort of like a monster/bad guy hybrid, all full of menacing threats and braggadocio. The world can never have enough monsters who do that.

    Well, I also prefer monsters who refer to themselves in the third person so that may have swayed how I read that, but now that you mention it I suppose it could also be the guy in the snazzy green suit.

    Goom, you’ll be shocked to learn, also has his own wikipedia page.  According to a link there, he, the Glob and Groot were all members of SHIELD in later years.

    Those are very large trees.  If that’s Planet X, then the humans are tresspassers.  Goom is just shaking the alien life forms off his leafy snack before chowing down.

     Ah, but the title is ‘Thing FROM planet X’ not ‘Thing ON planet X’
    Also…is he teething, cause his maw is waaaay under-toothed.
