That’s just mean, man. That’s just mean.
(But, freakin’ hilarious at the same time)
Even before the abortion that was Yesterday’s Cubs season opener, I know the Cubs (& the Sox as well) didn’t have enough talent to go to the World Series. The Ricketts are concentrating on trying to get rid of all the ridiculous contracts that Tribune Co. stuck them with. Cutting payroll & making a buck comes 1st, then in a few years, they can put together a roster that won’t scream “Wait til next year!” after June is over.

As a Cubs fan, this makes me very sad. As a student of baseball history, it makes me chuckle. And as a person with an overdeveloped sense of vengeance, I sort of hope that when Cutesie is looking at that gun, he’s having idle fantasies about Steve Bartman.
