It looks like a throwback to the better comedy/horror flicks of the ’80s, so I imagine I’ll enjoy it quote a bit.

I don’t have a problem with it if it’s done well. It’s just that so many don’t quite manage it. From the trailer, I have a feeling this one’s going to be a lot more comedy than horror, which means it stands a better chance of failing (bad horror being more likely to amuse than bad comedy). I do like what I see, but I also felt that way about Sharks in Venice, Godzilla, and a host of others.
I do love me some giant bugs, though. (Are giant bugs liberal or conservative?)
