    Thanks guys! I'm fine. I think it's been because the heat has been on continuity recently and it bakes all the moisture out of the air. And the low humidity plays merry havoc with my sinuses. I have a humidifier in the bedroom but left it turned off. My stupid mistake…

    Thanks! But after I went back to running the humifier I haven't had any more issues.
