I’m too tired to think of  a joke, so have at it, guys.

So, I’m not dead or anything. I was felled by a spring cold for a few days, though. Great timing, since I still wasn’t caught up at work from Basement and B-Fests. Oh, well, there you go. Back to detailing B-Fest next week.

Watch Party next Friday. Happy Weekend, everyone. Watch something stupid.

    I watched the 4K “Raiders of the Lost Arc.” I’ll be honest, I think Jaws was the best movie Spielberg could ever make, but despite the fact that this was artificial as anything, I could see where it would launch entire genres. It’s fine. (Hand wave) It’s fine.

    Sorry didn’t watch anything stupid this weekend.

    I did go to ‘Dune: Part II’ which definably wasn’t stupid. In fact though I thought Part I was pretty so-so I loved Part II. I’ve seen a lot of whinging and fussing about it but I thought it was a superb film.

    Zendalya or whatever her name is isn’t much of an actress (though I’ll say she’s better than Carrie Fisher was in ‘Star Wars’) but I personally didn’t find her Chani really that irritating. Paul was the main character, she was supporting him. This version of the Lady Jessica was by far the more scheming and unlikable at least for me.
