    Not stupid, but kind of saddening. I watched “Only the Lonely” a Chris Columbus film starring John Candy. And it’s a fine film, a good film, an enjoyable romantic comedy. But it made me sad because we won’t have any more John Candy films. And we really should have so many more.

    Imagine how great he would have been as the Grandmaster in “Thor: Ragnorak.” Sure, Jeff Goldblum was fine, but John Candy would have been awesome.
