Watch Party tonight!!

OK, everyone, the second Amazon Watch Party is tonight. Anyone with a Prime account is invited. Send me your email address if you weren’t at the first one and want to join us. The movie will start at 9:00 EDT (that ends this weekend, right?), 8:00 CDT, and so on.

I’m taking the flier on the film, which I’ve never seen. It’s not really the usual Jabootu fare, but I think it will entertain and amaze and offer good comment fodder. If not, everyone can come back here and talk about what a moron I am and take the movie choosing away from me.

Anyway, I hope to see you tonight! (I mean, ‘see’…you know what I mean.)

    I wish I could be there. I at least have the Movies! Channel, which just finished with ‘Thing from Another World’ and will be showing both ‘Them!’ and ‘The Alligator People’. Have fun, everyone!

    I thought that was another great triumph for Jabootu. The film was far more interesting (and better produced) than I was expecting, and I thought the characters and story moved along well. Still some good fodder for jokes, but unlike the last one, I will definitely seek out more Sam Fuller movies.

    Still wish we could have seen Fletcher Fist in action, but you know, you can’t have everything.
