Looking for a good Christmas-themed horror movie on Amazon Prime? Try Rare Exports from Finland. I don’t want to get too much into it, but if you liked Troll Hunter, I think you’ll like this.

    Anyway on the subject of Christmas movies I picked up ‘Ernest Saves Christmas’ and ‘The Muppet Christmas Carol’. It’s been years since I saw the former (thanks for the recommendation Rock!) and not sure I’ve seen the latter at all. Not sure I’d say they made me feel like a kid again but they sure were fun!

    Rare Exports maybe doesn’t QUITE stick the landing at the very end, but it is a truly unusual take on the Santa Claus myth, and LOADS of fun…

    I like this one quite a bit, although I think Troll Hunter and Krampus were better movies. The latter in particular really knocked my socks off when I saw it last year.
