Don’t get me wrong, beating the veteran monster movie experts at SyFy is an insane, utter fluke. It would never happen again in a million years.

OK, I’d like to see it a third time…

    Dammit who didn’t see this coming?

    All we need now is to create a moderized video about an octopus attacking astronauts in 50’s science fiction space suits and we have instant Nirvana baby!

    Maybe we can have it directed by Fantastic Four’s Josh Trank so that we are guaranteed quality. I’m sure we’ll be seeing him around SyFy in the coming years.

    I’d seen that Jameson’s (mmmm…Jameson’s) one before, as well as their one with what is for all intents and purposes a roc, but the Geico one’s new to me. That’s some good stuff.

    They could make separate entire movies out of both of those commercials and I’d watch them if the effects were as good as they are here.

    I agree. Maybe because they weren’t long, but those were much better than a lot of movies, supposedly good ones, even.

  • Mythological creatures appearing at various points during a game would make most sports a whole lot more interesting.

    As for the other one, I found none of it unbelievable or improbable in the least.
