Monster of the Day #1061

I know, it’s a new week, but I couldn’t very well waste these, could I?

Proof that monster guys are chick magnets. So whats MY problem?…

  • Gamera977

Well, the first two ladies are a mermaid and a hunchback so I guess they’re sorta monsters themselves.

  • bgbear_rnh

I recall that on Sally Jesse Raphael back in the 90s: “Homicidal Monsters and the Women who Love Them”.

  • Eric Hinkle

These days that would probably be an episode of Jerry Springer, and end with one of the monsters devouring the host before his audience.

  • Eric Hinkle

Given that second picture with the hunchback nurse, I’m still kind of surprised that even in the 40’s they got away with calling her a ‘monster’.

  • bgbear_rnh

Should be more entertaining than the guy “eaten” by an anaconda.

  • Eric Hinkle

A bout of intestinal flu spent atop the porcelain throne would be more entertaining than that. Remember when something like the idea you just suggested would be a bit of “humor” in a satiric cyberpunk novel, rather than for real?

  • Gamera977

Yeah, she such a sweet gal, I was kinda offended.

  • Eric Hinkle

Heck, even Daniel the strangler in the previous movie who was MUCH more evil, had his sympathetic moments. When you watch the later Universal horror films it can be surprising to see how they played with their formula and came up with some clever twists. Especially since everyone “knows” they were all “generic horror movies”.

  • Rock Baker

    Wonderful, wonderful stuff!

  • Ken_Begg

According to Universal, literally, at least in the case of the poor nurse.
