After some tasty Texas BBQ for dinner, we started T-Fest. The evening slate began with She (1935). It’s a bit of a classic and I’m sure many of you have seen it at some point.
After that we watch Killbots, aka Chopping Mall. I know you’ve pretty much all seen this. (Although it was the first time I’d seen the whole thing myself.) Remember the TV movie trapped, with James Brolin? It’s basically that, only with a group of “teens” and killer robots rather that guard dogs. It’s classic ’80s fare; some boobs, a bit of gore, a quick running time. This is arguably Jim Wynorski’s best movie, although I’d go with The Lost Empire myself.
