So Dick Briefer's Frankenstein went from this... to this..... Both versions are good, actually. The former is pulpy and often surprisingly gruesome. The latter is very much a gentle kid's comic, closer in tone to The Munsters than The Addams Family. Still, a truly weird shift in tones.

I know we've done Dick Briefer's Frankenstein comics before. But hey, we've been doing Frankenstein and his creations lately, and Halloween is closer than you think. They are pretty great.   Looks like this fellow spent a lot of time of the make-up chair, since they had to do his whole body rather than have him wearing a costume. Anyway, I think that's the last of Frankenstein's Army, but it's been a good run.
