“What must be the most adorable killer robot ever, from1995’s “Screamers,” a criminally underrated film.
In the film, Peter Weller describes it as a “reptile” but anyone watching this scene can instantly see that the creature is based on a domestic cat. Its movements and behavior would be familiar to anyone who has ever lived with a cat.
I know you’re not a fan of cats, but my reaction every time I see this film is “Oo, aren’t you the most adorable killer robot! Do you want your mousie? Would you like a treat? Say, I have a laser pointer!”
So, I’d probably get my face carved off. Still, so cute!”
