I'd never even heard of this film that I'm aware of. However, it was featured in the simply massive survey of 70s and 80s exploitation flicks Nightmare USA, which I'm currently reading during lunch hour at work. The film is in color, this image is from a lobby card.

This basic image was featured when we featured the now 25-volume Archives of Chilling Horror covers (where the die cut of this is spectacular). Still, this particular cover is so great. I think it holds with the very best of the EC covers. Great work.

We looked at covers from the old Harvey Chamber of Chills a while ago. Marvel revived the title in the '70s after the Comics Code went down. Not quite the same level of creepiness, though.
