I have to admit, I never got into Damien Hellstrom. I think he's kind of dull, I don't like the character/costume design, Marvel's demons are generally quite lame, it's version of Hell is tepid, 'soulfire' is far lamer than GR's 'hellfire,' etc. Still, that's a pretty good cover.

This will be a short week for MotD (just as next week will start late, probably on Wednesday) because of the do in Texas. So I might as well stick with where we've been lately. I knew Ghost Rider started in the pages of Marvel Spotlight, one of several anthology books (Marvel Premiere, etc.)…

Dracula actually didn't fight supernatural menaces all that much in the book (at least until a long, later storyline where he took over a Satanist church and sired a kid who was a half-angel or something who invariably tried to kill him), just as he only occasionally crossed over into the mainstream Marvel universe.…
