Looks like these guys should have teamed up with the Sea Devils. Although a giant octopus on a leash is better than the dolphins. I like the crazy diving suits, however. Giants were always grabbing the Seaview's sporty fins and rocking the ship around. Yet they never installed seatbelts in the chairs. Dummies.

Toho is notoriously stingy on giving up the rights to their properties. Hopefully they like the new movie enough to authorize / sell the rights to another of the classic monsters for the sequel. If nothing else, they would make a ton off the merchandise rights, so it's really in their interest.

I was well pleased.
