Here’s the gentler and rather more comical Briefer Frankenstein Monster. Again, this was a *radical* change from the earlier comics which were quite grisly. A very interesting shift in direction.

Man, now *that’s* a poster.
Man, that poster deserved a better movie.
Unsurprisingly for the French poster, the giant octopus is more of a fashion statement.

Man, that’s the stuff. I’m not sure I would describe it as “utopian,” however.
